Wow – that is fantastic….Although I have numerous name ideas, my suggestion is that you both find a name that reminds you of this amazing journey where you found each other ๐
How exciting for you guys, she looks like a great dog definately still a puppy. I once named a dog by calling out random names, the one he came to the most often ended up being his name. Not too sure if he really liked the name, or if he was just tired of waiting for us to decide. Good Luck.
Golden…ecuador…”or” in French is gold, I think something like it spanish…would that be D’ora?
When Juliette was born I was going to call her Luc if she was a boy. I still think I should have called her that.
In memory of Paul Newman however I would change to Luke (from Cool Hand Luke) but only if she is ridiculously strong willed. “Some men you just can’t reach.”
I have to agree with Brady however, your best to ignore us.
Hi Robin and Raenelle
What a wonderful video taken of your new puppy friend ๐
It was so nice to see her playing in the ocean waves ๐
Will you be able to bring her back to Canada ??
Will You ? Will You ?
Hope So ๐
I put some thought into it (with the help of a Spanish dictonary ) and
after being very selective, here is a list of potential Female Spanish Dog Names ๐
Amistad (Friendship)
Animado (Lively)
Felicidad (Happiness)
Nova (Light)
Zanita (Princess)
* Both your names begin with “R” so why not add another “R” name to the Family :- therefore
Rosario
Rio (River)
Reya (Queen)
Ramona (Wise Defender)
Rainaa (Queen)
Renata (Reborn)
and last but not definitely not least
(& my personal favourite) …
Corazon de Oro (Golden Heart)
Have Fun ….
Leseen.
Riley and Josh watched the video and thought that Mia would be a good name for her.
If you want a long one…How about Afortunado…or Lucky. (I think my kids came up with a better name as they haven’t been tainted by the engineering thought process yet)
What a sweety… Equadora the Explorer? (sorry, clearly I watch too much kid’s tv…)
D’ora’s lovely, I’m kinda with your Pa on this one!

Hey guys,
Nice to see you’re having some life journey. I so know what you’re feeling right now and I think you captured it perfectly on the vid. Glad to also know you’re listening to fun music.
When adopting one must never neglect the roots. A fun direction for you guys… Liseen made some good ones and Brady gets a kick out of Equadora the Explorer.
Nova for light is fun.
Have fun with her – I so can’t wait to take her swimming!!!!!!!!
CARINO :
